warp patterns
warp patterns is a generative art piece inspired by illustrations of weaving patterns and early computer graphics.

warp patterns features tightly woven pixel graphics that reward closer inspection. As the viewer moves closer to the projection, the color fields that appear solid from a distance reveal a much more complex set of visual patterns.

The work was on view in the Pratt Institute Manhattan Gallery from 9 March - 7 April 2021 as a part of the exhibition Wish We Were Here

It will be shown in a modified form at the upcoming NUR International Media Art Festival.
